1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShimSheet application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShimSheet is a pipeline shim installation tracking application that allows users to record, manage, and report on shim measurements for pipe support systems. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all project data, measurements, and content you create within ShimSheet. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We recommend using the backup feature to maintain local copies of your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShimSheet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccurate measurements. Users are responsible for verifying all shim measurements independently before installation.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@shimsheet.io.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
