How do I sync my data across devices?

Can I export my shim data?

Yes. Use the built-in backup feature to export all your projects and settings as a JSON file. You can also generate PDF reports for individual projects.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@shimsheet.io with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed before storage. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

What shim types does ShimSheet support?

ShimSheet supports Shims, Shoes, and Structural shim types with full measurement tracking through our multi-mode workflow.
